1. Purpose
This platform allows candidates to create an account, complete the application form, upload required documents, and track the status of their admission file.
2. Eligibility and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Access may be suspended in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents. ESSACA may take reasonable measures to protect candidates and the institution.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass security, upload malicious content, or use the platform for purposes unrelated to admissions. Automated access and scraping are prohibited.
5. Authenticity of documents
By submitting your file, you certify that the documents provided are genuine and correspond to you. ESSACA may request originals or additional verification.
6. Service availability and liability
The platform is provided as-is. ESSACA aims to keep it available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. ESSACA is not liable for indirect damages related to outages or misuse.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational, security, or regulatory changes. The updated version will be published on this page.
